Build self-esteem using your mind
I was reading this article written by Aliza Pilar Sherman on how female business owners can build their self-esteem and while I liked some of the advice, I found it to be fluffy. The article suggested that the 3 ways women can build their confidence is to do what you're passionate about, surround yourself with happy people and ask for help.
Ummm...there's something missing here. In all of this, there's still one step thing that's being ignored.
In my Divapreneur's Mindset seminars, I teach women that the way they can become self-employed is to start thinking like an entrepreneur. In other words, if you don't sweep out the junk in your mind and start to visualize your own success, you will never be confident enough to launch your own business.
So, before including others in your quest to build your self-esteem, you have to clean your mind of your fears, your negative emotions and your self-defeating thoughts. No one can change you, except you.
